Everything you need to know before placing your first order with us.

Start by sending us an inquiry through the form on this page, or message us directly on WhatsApp or Instagram. Let us know the product type, your event details, the theme or design concept, and your target date. We'll confirm your request and walk you through the next steps — including a design proof before production begins.

Standard production runs 5–10 business days from design approval, depending on the product type and order volume. Event souvenir packages — especially larger batches — may require 10–14 business days. We recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks before your event to ensure a comfortable timeline without rushing.

Minimum order quantities vary by product. Sticker sheets and button pins can be ordered in smaller batches, while acrylic bag tags and event souvenir packages typically have a minimum of 20–30 pieces per design. Let us know your quantity when you inquire and we will advise accordingly.

Yes — always. Every order includes at least one digital design proof for your review and approval before we send anything to the printer. We do not proceed to production without your explicit go-ahead. You may request one round of revisions to adjust names, dates, colors, or layout details.

Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our current queue and the complexity of the design. Please message us as early as possible if you have an urgent deadline — we will do our best to help. Reach out through WhatsApp or Instagram to check availability before placing a rush request.

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI (Adobe Illustrator) files. For best print quality, please send high-resolution files — at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. If you are supplying photos for personalization, please use the original uncompressed files directly from your camera or phone.

We ship nationwide via Lalamove, J&T Express, or other courier partners available in your area. Local pickup in Baliwag, Bulacan can also be arranged. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order confirmation.

Changes can be made before the design proof is approved and production begins. Once you have signed off on the proof and the order has entered printing, modifications are no longer possible. This is why we always encourage customers to review every detail — names, dates, spelling — very carefully before giving final approval.
